Customer Service Representative- SG-08-122
Mountain Home, AR
Job Responsibilities
- Establishes and updates customer accounts on Customer Information System database.
- Accurately processes collections and bill payments.
- Learns and understands Public Service Commission rules and Company Policy to assure quality of service.
- Promotes appliance sales through positive customer contacts.
- Reviews delinquent accounts that require collection efforts to reduce amount owed to Company.
- Possesses excellent communication skills to work with the public.
Educational Requirements
- High School Graduate or GED
