Job Responsibilities
  • Administration of a Windows based, SQL Server backend, SAP environment of ECC 6 with the following modules: FI/CO, MM, REFX, BI, SEM-BCS/BPS, PS.
 
Educational Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in an IT discipline

 

Job Requirements

  • Operations expertice in SAP Systems Administration including installing SAP software patches and/or updates
  • System Monitoring and Event Management
  • Third party software installation and support
  • Implementation of SAP change control process and procedures
  • Backup and Recovery Experience
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Monitor and tune the SAP landscape utilizing CCMS and Solution Manager to achieve optimum performance levels
  • Perform Capacity Planning across the SAP landscape to ensure appropriate storage and/or processing capability of the technical infrastructure to improve efficiencies
  • Evaluate software or system releases to determine compatability
  • Assist DBA organization with system backup monitoring, backup failure troubleshooting and restore requests

 

Preferred Experience, Skills and Knowledge

  • SAP Database Administration
  • Backup and Recovery experience utilizing CommVault
  • Oracle Database Administration
  • Load and Performance testing experience
  • NetApp experience
