• Federal and state income tax compliance; includes partnership and consolidated corporation return
• Calculation of Quarterly estimated tax payments
• Assist in preparation of FAS 109
• Assist in rollforward and reconcilation of deferred tax accounts
• Maintain tax fixed assets
• Conduct tax research and prepare technical memorandums
• Responsible for review of due date list
• Oversee 1099 filing process
• Assist in FIN 48
• Assist in SAP implementations as they relate to tax functions
• Prepare state regulatory calculations for regulatory filings
• Interact with accounting and regulatory group for accurate information sharing
• Assist in selection and implementation of tax compliance software

Educational Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting
• Masters Degree a plus
• Minimum 2 years experience in tax
• Public Accounting a plus

Job Requirements

• Excel, Word, SAP a plus, Access a plus
• Preferred Experience, Skills and Knowledge
• CPA or seeking CPA a plus
