Delayed Billing Issue
This billing issue affects certain of our customers in the fifth billing cycle. Their September bills were not printed and mailed out as scheduled. Once this error was discovered these bills were printed and mailed with new due dates based on the new bill issue date. A smaller group of these affected customers, who choose to pay by recurring bank draft, had their accounts direct-debited at the regularly scheduled time just before they received this delayed billing. SourceGas has verified that all dollar amounts on the bill are correct. Again SourceGas apologizes for the inconvenience.

Customer Appliance Protection Plan (CAPP®) Bill Print Issue
The first cycle of September 2009 bills did not contain a line item for CAPP® balances.  Even though the bills did not contain a line item for CAPP®  balances, SourceGas Distribution has verified that all other dollar amounts on the bills – including the total amount due – are correct.  That is, the new billing system factored in the CAPP® balances when it calculated the bills, but the printed bills did not show a CAPP® line item.

Choice Gas Billing Issue
This billing issue affects certain of the Company’s Wyoming Choice Gas customers in September 2009 billing cycles one through seven who receive natural gas commodity services from Wyoming Community Gas (“WCG”), Wyoming Producer-Consumer Alliance (“WPCA”) and Asgard Energy, LLC (“Asgard”).  Each month, Choice Gas Suppliers provide to the Company pricing information to be used by the Company to calculate the commodity charges of Choice Gas customers.  The Company has determined that the pricing information that it received from WCG, WPCA and Asgard was not properly applied to the bills of certain of their customers in the first through seventh billing cycles of September 2009.  As a result, the billed commodity charges for those customers were overstated or understated. This billing issue was resolved beginning with the eighth billing cycle of September 2009.

WinterGuard Billing Issue
The bill print program did not identify computer codes linked to prior WinterGuard balances from the old billing system and, consequently, did not print those balances on the September 2009 bills of those Wyoming WinterGuard customers in the Company’s first billing cycle.   Instead, the prior WinterGuard balances show as “$0.00” on these customers’ bills, SourceGas Distribution has verified that all other dollar amounts on the bills – including the total amount due – are correct.  That is the new billing system factored in the prior WinterGuard balances when it calculated the bills, but the printed bills did not show the prior WinterGuard balances.

SourceGas again apologizes for the inconvenience and we thank you for your patience during this transition.
