 Customer Service Changes Are Happening!

At SourceGas, our customers always come first.  We continually look for ways to operate more efficiently and control rising costs. So we are excited to announce that we are in the final stages of making changes to enhance our customer service.

New SourceGas Internal Call Center
As previously announced, SourceGas's new state of the art call center will begin handling calls for customers in Colorado, Nebraska, Wyoming and Arkansas beginning in September. The phone number will remain the same: 1.800.563.0012.

New Call Center Business Hours
The new call center will offer standard business hours of operation from 8am-7:30pm Central time (7am-6:30pm Mountain time), Monday through Friday, while continuing to provide 24x7 coverage for emergency calls, such as gas leaks or no heat.


New Billing System

In September 2009, we changed to a new internal billing system that will allow us to improve your monthly billing information. Customers should not see a significant change to their current billing date.

New Account Numbers
When we make the change, all customers will receive new account numbers! Please remember to note this on your checks or make this change to your online banking through your financial institution.

The address for mail-in payments will not change. Automatic payments for bank draft customers will not be affected by the change to the new billing system.

New On-line Accounts and Passwords
Customers who utilize on-line account service will need to set up new on-line accounts and passwords. Click here or the "Account Login" link in the upper right corner for instructions.

Understanding Your New Bill
You should have received a "How to Read Your New Bill" insert included in your September 2009 billing statement. We expect that the transition to this new system will not impact you. However, if you have any questions, please call us at 1.800.563.0012.

Convenient Payment Methods
Convenient payment methods will continue to be available, such as pay by phone, internet, electronic/ paperless bill and credit card payments. Customers may also establish recurring automatic payments with their bank or credit card. New Customer Focus
Our new call center and billing system will be operated by SourceGas employees, who have a commitment to provide our customers with courteous, efficient service.
