Send the lower half of your bill along with your payment, check or money order; please do not send cash to our Remittance Processing Center. Write your Customer Number on your check or money order to ensure proper posting of your payment.

Security Deposits

A security deposit of up to an average estimated ninety (90) days’ bill for the service address may be required when initiating or transferring service.
Security deposits are retained on an account for 12 months. If the account has good credit history during 12 consecutive months the deposit is then applied to the account. Deposits held earn simple interest that is applied periodically to the account or upon return of the deposit.
Prior to their eligibility for refund, deposits cannot be used to pay a current or delinquent bill.

Third Party Notification

Third Party Notification can be used to notify a relative or friend of an impending disconnection in the event you are out of town, ill or need help managing your affairs. By setting up a Third Party, a copy of your monthly bill and any disconnect notices will be automatically sent to the party you requested. The party you set up as a Third Party is not responsible for payment of your bill, but is notified of any impending disconnection. Call 1.800.563.0012 if you would like to set someone up as a Third Party on your account.
