The 2008 Nebraska Choice Gas selection period begins April 18 and runs through May 1st.
If you did not receive a 2008 Selection Form in the mail, you may use this form instead and mail it to us postmarked no later than May 1, 2008.
You will need to know your Customer Number and Control Number, which can be obtained by calling 1.800.563.0012 if you do not know them. You will also need to know which Supplier and Pricing Option you would like to choose, and include a valid Confirmation Code obtained from your Supplier. Sign and date your form ad mail it to us at:
